Meet Our Board

Kaleigh Williamson is the owner of Williamson Pest Solutions, a dedicated entrepreneur, businesswoman, and proud mother. As the co-founder of KNK Youth Foundation, Kaleigh is passionate about giving back and empowering others, especially women and young people. Her drive to make a difference was deeply influenced by her travels to places like Masai Mara and Nicaragua, where she experienced firsthand the impact of poverty and the importance of access to basic necessities.

Beyond business, Kaleigh finds joy in spending quality time with her son, Parker, mentoring women on their journey to becoming successful entrepreneurs, and exploring the world. Her love for animals and bugs not only inspired her career in pest control but continues to fuel her curiosity and compassion for all living things.

  Karen Galeano is an experienced Insurance Client Advisor with over 10 years of expertise and a strong background in business, project management, and agile methodologies. Passionate about giving back, she co-founded the KNK Youth Foundation, where she leads impactful initiatives supporting children in need both locally and internationally.

Karen finds joy in spending quality time with her family and is always seeking new ways to create meaningful change within her community. A lifelong learner and avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new cultures and perspectives that broaden her understanding of the world.

She is the proud mother of a college student attending the University of Houston and a spirited four-year-old who keeps her inspired and on her toes. Karen’s hope is that every child grows up in an environment where they don’t lack essential resources and have every opportunity to thrive. 

Nicole Willis, PhD, LMSW, is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Social Work at Texas Southern University (TSU), as well as a Certified Mediator. With over 15 years of service as TSU faculty, Dr. Willis brings a deep commitment to education, social work, and community engagement. Prior to her academic career, she worked in Houston ISD as a Bilingual School Social Worker, supporting students and families from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Willis actively serves her local and professional communities through her involvement in Parent Booster Clubs, committees, and boards, reflecting her passion for advocacy and leadership. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys international travel with her daughter, who attends school in Humble ISD.

Danielle Watkins builds meaningful partnerships between Find Your Grind and middle and high schools across the Midwest, helping districts bring future-ready learning to their students. With six years of classroom teaching experience and a background as a district program manager, she understands firsthand what schools and educators need to help students thrive. Danielle is passionate about uniting communities, advocating for mental health awareness, and creating supportive environments where young people feel empowered to grow, explore, and succeed.

 Jeydy, a proud native of Nicaragua, has an intimate understanding of the needs faced by youth and underserved communities throughout the country. Having once experienced homelessness as a teenager, she knows firsthand the challenges that young people must overcome to pursue a better future.

Today, Jeydy is a devoted mother of three and a passionate entrepreneur. Her journey has shaped her commitment to giving back, and she leads every project in Nicaragua with deep love, resilience, and purpose. Whether she’s supporting local initiatives or empowering children and families, her work is fueled by the compassion born from her own life experiences.

In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, growing her business, and creating engaging content for social media. She continues to inspire others through her dedication, creativity, and unwavering belief in the power of community.

Naomi Galeano is a student at the University of Houston pursuing a degree in business management. From an early age, she spent her summers in Nicaragua and Colombia, where she witnessed firsthand the needs of youth in underserved communities. Alongside her mother, she visited local neighborhoods to distribute school supplies, toys, and essential items, experiences that sparked a lifelong passion for giving back.

As one of our founding members, Naomi has contributed to initiatives both locally and internationally, continuing to be a driving force within our foundation. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership play a vital role in shaping the impact we make.

Naomi currently works as a children’s instructor, teaching gymnastics, arts, and other activities. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality moments with her family and friends. With her heart for service and commitment to growth, Naomi represents the next generation of changemakers.
