-Build awareness among target audiences (donors, associations, volunteers)

Director of Philanthropy - Board of Directors 

-Fundraising planner 

-Works closely with other Directors and CEO

-Oversees all work being carried out by all departments 

-Monitors organization charities 

-Set charitable goals 

-Cultivating donors 

-Planning and executing activities 

Human Services Administrator 

-Build skilled teams

-Recruit and organize volunteers 

-Briefing/overseeing that all members and volunteers have the necessary materials/information in order to fulfill their roles
